Agrizoo rises in 1972 in Casalbaroncolo near Parma, in the heart of the resort Gazzano. The history of these places puts its roots in the distant past, over thousand years ago, when the housing units, especially in winter, did everything at home, from the raw material to processing.
In this tradition, since 2001 the company has decided to begin organic production, limiting their production just only within its boundary.
A choice of high quality marked a result of careful attention to all stages of production, from the feeding of cattle to the exclusive production of Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.
